[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]I bought a huge [I think it's almost 7 pounds] can of garbanzo beans.
I don't have the ingredients I need to make hummus [which was my original plan], but I want to use some of them for something else tonight for dinner.
Do you think if I rinsed the remainder & then put them in freezer bags, that they would be alright to eat after thawing out?
Or would they turn mushy?[/FONT]
