last week and the week before were a bust because i had a cold and rescued a kitty (as some of you saw in the photo gallery), so my schedule was screwed up but this month will be different! yes, yes it will!

    yesterday:
40 minutes of skating on a really badly rutted outdoor rink
    30 minutes of abs

    today:
    1 hour of bellydancing!

If work wasn't hogging up my life (or if I chose a different job to make a living), I'd be out skiing right now. Instead I'm working (in between VRF) and will run later on. Pity me. ()

    friday:
30 minutes treadmill (approx. 2 miles)
    30 minutes weights
    30 minutes abs & stretching

    saturday:
45-50 minutes jog/walk/sprint, including a break in the middle to run stairs at the beach and then just stand/wander around for a little while. then 15-20 minutes abs & stretching when i got home.

    today kicked my ass.
