last week and the week before were a bust because i had a cold and rescued a kitty(as some of you saw in the photo gallery), so my schedule was screwed up but this month will be different! yes, yes it will!

40 minutes of skating on a really badly rutted outdoor rink
30 minutes of abs
today:
1 hour of bellydancing!![]()
friday:
30 minutes cross-trainer ("3.37 miles")
30 minutes weights
20 minutes abs & stretching
saturday:
30 minutes treadmill("2.16 miles")
30 minutes abs & stretching
monday:
20 minutes combined total on treadmill (damn thing kept going dead)
30 minutes bellydancing
10 minutes abs/stretching
tuesday:
20 minutes yoga
1 hr, 20 minutes of squash

Oh oh, I get it!!! I did 30 minutes of yoga and got a full body massage.
hehe.. I'm not a very athletic person.

I'll run tonight.
If work wasn't hogging up my life (or if I chose a different job to make a living), I'd be out skiing right now. Instead I'm working (in between VRF) and will run later on. Pity me. ()

30 minutes abs & stretching
saturday:
45-50 minutes jog/walk/sprint, including a break in the middle to run stairs at the beach and then just stand/wander around for a little while. then 15-20 minutes abs & stretching when i got home.
today kicked my ass.
I ran yesterday.
Today I'll lift.
Same ol' weekday routine...
