so, i got sick and tired of looking for crackers that were vegan with no trans fat, so i went ahead and made my own, based on my favorite crackers, pre vegan.
-get some lavosh bread sheets
-spread them with some kind of veggie oil (i used olive)
-sprinkle salt and sesame seeds on top (or whatever floats your personal boat)
-slice them into little squares. use a pizza slicer for maximum ease and convenience.
-bake at 300 for oh, about 7-10 minutes. they get really crunchy and yummy. and they stand up well to heavy duty dips.
