Ever heard of the cooking show "chopped"? Vegan cookbook extraordinaire Isa Chandra Moskowitz hosted the vegan version over the weekend. A Big Thanks to Isa for hosting this competition. I had a lot of fun, but was real nervous about coming up with something that combined all those damned mystery ingredients into one meal. One ingredient was always throwing me for a loop. I might have went a little mint overboard, but mint goes with chocolate, right? Oh, and I made blackberry mint mojitos, too, because I gallon of mint (though outside of the 40 minutes)!
