I've been out of commission for a while since I had a computer crash, but here are my latest recipes that I made. I got a slow cooker and it's the best thing that happened to me. I've been slowly working through vegan slow cooker. I also made mango black beans. Both are really simple recipes that take maybe 10 minutes in the morning. Read the post here...

Aw no, I just bought a big appliance and now you're making me want a slow cooker too. I'm running out of room on my counter top already.

I love how slow cookers are the hot new trend! I had mine before they were cool. I bet you'll use it a lot if you get one.

Duh, they're, like, the next big thing!

I'm way ahead of the curve as I have a slow cooker, pressure cooker, *and* rice cooker all in one

In theory. Unfortunately, in my case I had already bought a rice cooker and slow cooker first. I guess I'm a bit of a kitchen gadget junkie. But, the 3 in one multi-cooker is the only one that occupies the counter full time, and I use it almost daily.

Fagor 6 qt electric multi cooker - I could probably cook just about everything except for pancakes in there.

Dang! I wish I'd known about that when shopping for a new crockpot last year.

Ok, you could probably figure out a way to cook pancakes in there if you were really motivated.

I'm afraid I'll sound like an infomercial if I rave any more about my pressure cooker, but needless to say, I love it. I suppose I should start a new thread..
