30 Jan: 75 min weights with some cardio and stretching
31 Jan: 4 mile hike with about 1500ft(?) elevation gain.

32 minutes cross-trainer (3.01 miles)
40 minutes weights
20 minutes abs & stretching
Today: 1 hour of (what I consider) intense butt/belly disappearing exercises at Ab/Glute class. I'm looking forward to when it doesn't hurt so bad.
We had a different lady this time, and while I wasn't as embarrassed as with the cute male instructor, she was one of the zumba teachers and way too peppy.Kind of like this.

60 minutes ashtanga yoga
soooo happy that yoga has started up again, now that it's spring semester! i had 7 weeks without it, and it feels really nice to be back.
I did midday yoga today!
everyone's right and no one is sorry. that's the start and the end of the story.
Yesterday: 1 hour Pole class. I lost 2 more pounds this week, under 200 pounds now!![]()
