Hi. Misanthropy told me about this site. We crossed paths at vegweb.com, prior to them closing their discussion forums. I was an ovo-lacto vegetarian for two years until I came across an article in PETA's Animal Times about dairy. The next day I decided to go vegan (not only diet). I have been reading and exploring raw foods, so am very happy to see the raw food forum. Woohoo! Can't wait to have more time to check things out. :D

Thank you for the warm welcome. Love the "Pleather Daddy". LOL. I omitted the challenges I faced going vegan. Really just honey, casein and learning what ingredients to avoid in non-food products. I still feel like I'm learning daily. :)
