Lifted yesterday.

Today, I'll run 3 or 4 miles. (Yup, no variation for me, until the snow starts piling up, then it's ski time. :D Lookin' forward to it. :) )

Plan to run 2 miles tomorrow morning before work. Yep, my routine is a little boring right now too, but I'm just happy if I have enough time to exercise at all these days. :)

• walk to grocery store (one mile)
• 30 minutes yoga

Yup, I'm in a pattern, too. But not a rut. It'll be a looong time before I run out of yoga poses. Especially since I tend to make up my own. :silly:

Go hamsters!

50 min Irish Dance
45 min Tae Kwon Do
about a 3 mile bike commute to, from, and around campus

Does practicing the irish dance routine around the apartment count? ;)
Also, I'm about to walk to the grocery store, which is probably about a mile and half walk round trip.

i sat through an exhausting movie. it was this awful chickflick with brittany murphy and she abuses her boyfriend by taking him on a talkshow with 3 of his ex's and then breaks up with him on it, and it's live tv. after, i was just so emotionaly beat!

11-12-2004, 05:13 PM
Monday and Thursday I did a one hour Kempo workout. Now my son, my husband, and I are all doing Kempo 2-3 times/week :D

11-12-2004, 05:38 PM
My brother's girlfriend is doing Kempo! She goes at least three times a week too.. she's learning all sorts of crazy pressure points. It sounds addicting :)

Today I did the campus commute by bike, ~2 miles, and I'm about to go on a 2 mile run before it gets too cold out.

Tofuy- that does sound exhausting. good work!

Great job everybody! Wow, our numbers are increasing.

Exercise can definitely be very therapeutic.

Saturday, 11/13/04
• walk to friend's house (three miles round trip)
• 40 minutes padmasana and savasana

11-13-2004, 10:52 PM
Wow...exercise might be a good idea, but in my neighborhood you only run if someone's chasing you. Does watching my dogs exercise count? Cuz I'm very conscientious about THEIR level of physical activity....

11-14-2004, 06:21 PM
40 minutes padmasana and savasanaAre those different types of yoga?

Today I ran two miles. I also just biked to Bloomingfoods and back, which is probably around 2 1/2 miles. Now I'm happily drinking silk nog. Yayy!

Two types of poses. Basically, that was my silly way of saying that I sat around on my butt and then laid around flat on my back for 40 minutes while breathing in and out. :D

Nice work with the running and biking. Wish I had some soy nog. The way everyone talks about it, it almost sounds better than yoga!
