Ok, I know that vegans can get plenty of protein through their diet, and I know that too much protein robs your bones of calcium. I also know that I am not getting enough (protein). I used to, but constant school and work has turned me into somewhat of a convenience eater and my protein intake is close to nil. I would like to take a supplement in the form of a powder until I can incorporate protein-foods back into my everyday diet. (probably this summer.) Can anyone recommend a good vegan protein powder supplement?
