Very interesting...I'm particulary intrigued by the blank faces. Do you do animation?
03-24-2004, 03:14 AM
no ive never tried animation , i leave the faces blank as every person who looks at them can percieve them in a different way, faces are very expressive i want people to look at them and see they're feelings- wow may be thats a little to deep (you can tell i was at art college

It's really interesting to hear about why an artist does things the way they do. It makes the art that much more intriguing. So don't worry, ajveg, it's not too deep. :)

As a matter of fact I for one, would welcome seeing more of your works.... if you are okay with that Ajvej! :)
Are people your fave subject?

Very cool pics, you are very talented-I myself have never attended art class but call myself a part time artist (oils, watercolors) and will someday be brave enough to post them here on the internet.

On occasion I consider myself an aspiring artist. I dunno. I very sporadically draw a web-comic (http://www.poser.us/hell/) featuring my friends. Haven't updated it in months, though.
Here is one of the first. I think it pretty well sums up my roomate's general view of vegans...

This educational illustration was actually created for someone who hangs out at VRF. I think I captured the pain inflicted by my out of place lower right wisdom tooth rather well. :)

Beane, I'm going to have to print out a comic strip or two. Those are great!
03-30-2004, 01:37 AM
Heh. Thanks a lot. I wish I had time to go back to making them.
Also, some day I would like to write a vegan-themed strip.

How did I miss this?? I *pissed* myself at Beane's strip - so funny :silly:
