That’s just awful and wrong! How can they do that? In most cases home schooled children are much better educated than those who go to public school. If I were to have children, I’m not but if I were you can bet they would be home schooled.

That's ridiculous. Surely if someone is good enough for a college diploma, it can be taken as reasd that they have been educated to a standard that is equivalent to a high school diploma/ GRR!!
