well i can't post "Go to VeganRepresent" every day. I'm using it as a "Thread of the day" kinda promotional thingy.

Maybe the pseudoscience one, to show vegans are sensible people.

Cool idea! I think any of the vegan cookbook or recipe threads would be great: Vegan Brunch, VegWeb etc...

Something new in Current Events. Reviews/discussions of specific books. Interesting polls. Any thread in which I appear to be smart and/or funny.

Great ideas! Food too.

Menstrual Cups (http://www.plantbasedpeople.com/showthread.php?t=11642) 'cause not enough people know about them

How do you vegan? (http://www.plantbasedpeople.com/showthread.php?t=14256) because it shows the different approaches people take

the I'LL FIND YOU A VEGAN ALTERNATIVE!! thread (http://www.plantbasedpeople.com/showthread.php?t=11756&highlight=smartfood)

Maybe some of the threads about wool, honey, "happy" meat/eggs/dairy - to show it isn't just about food and diet

Great idea. Perhaps any thread where we as a group can be seen as intelligent, articulate, compassionate, sensible, and perspicuous. Any combination of two or three of the above would be effective.

In short, any thread where KaliMama posts anything; she's always simultaneously smart, humorous, and at least two other adjectives from the above list, all without appearing pedantic or condescending.

I also like the idea of "throwing in" some vegan stories. So many of the accounts posted here at VR are imminently compelling in their passion, sincerity, and sense of reason. Strong convictions, well expressed, serve as the best motivators of positive action and change.

I'm starting to think I'd marry Rick Astley if he asked.

He's already married, isn't he?

squirrel

Yeah and he's never gonna give her up or let her down, or run around and desert her, either. :p

Dandy, you should tweet about Rick Astley. It would show that vegans have a sense of humor and would serve to represent the Random Anything thread.
