Ecopolitan in Minneapolis

I was in Minneapolis yesterday (just a short drive from here), and I came across this totally raw, vegan restaurant/bookstore/juice bar/oxygen bar called Ecopolitan (www.ecopolitan.com). I was blown away. The food was awesome, the people were so friendly. I'm planning on making it a monthly treat for myself, I was so impressed.

Have any other Minneapolis vegans been here? If not, I'd highly recommend it!:yes:

I love Ecopolitan and worship the staff. "Oh please, bring me more wonderful food!". It's the only place in town where I can safely order wine.

Did you get to try one of their desserts? Like the 'ice cream'? I haven't tried that one yet but it looks really good.
