If so, I'd love if you could submit it to be featured on my blog. I have deleted all posts and am now going to be posting interviews from vegan store owners (vegan stores that are vegan owned).

Sidecar is technically owned by Judy - or as she would say, it's owned by the pigs at her Sanctuary. You could contact her for an interview, although since she has next-to-no involvement at the store, she'd probably send you to me.

Why did you decide to change direction?
