To be fair, here's an interview with him, pre jail, where he mentions he wasn't stealing, he was just moving CD's around Starbucks. Which, while it sounds odd, isn't criminal.

Interesting interview, I don't agree with all of it, but most.

and I think CountAgranoff got name dropped too.

wow.
peter is amazing.

there was a really good turnout last night and he gave a really inspiring speech.
he talked about what made him do the things he did and what his "point of no return" was (seeing a chicken slaughterhouse operating in a building fairly close to his home).
he also talked about prison and how it's important to "demystify" it and discussed the differences between state and federal prisons.
he brought up a really good point, too, about how if anyone is "underground" it's the fur farmers, animal testers, factory farmers, etc. they thrive off of being 'out of sight, out of mind'. he told us about all of the things that he had to do to find these places, but now it's all pretty much on the internet which is an advantage.
hmm i don't know, he talked about a lot of things, i'm trying to remember it all.. if i think of anything else that really stuck in my mind i'll let you all know :)
